It was not at full capacity and it was glorious. My family and I visited the Fairmont the last week in June. Wonderful experience, amazing staff, beautiful facility. Lastly, I was disappointed that our stay wasn't specialized / customized for us - for example, I had told someone in an email this trip was to celebrate an anniversary and yet when we arrived nothing was in the room or anything. Also, the construction was frustrating because the main pool and other restaurants were unavailable during our stay. Also, our AC was broken the whole stay so we slept terribly hot and the pillow support was horrible so I literally couldn't move my neck each day and was in a lot of pain. We even made a dinner reservation with the concierge yet when we went to the restaraunt we didn't have the reservation. They emailed before the stay as well seeming like they wanted to help but didn't reply when I replied and it was overwhelming how many emails I received from multiple staff, to which I replied for help to each and did not receive it. We were frustrated that the concierge didn't seem to follow through on requests.
